"It pains me to share this feedback, but there's no other way to say it. David Peterson's State Farm office is seemingly rife with incompetence. The mediocre standards this group is held to have been evident for over a year now, at least. I'll be posting detailed examples with screen captures and other associated info across all platforms soon, including some YouTube videos covering things in greater depth to alert others. Search "David Peterson State Farm Texas" there and you'll notice several popping up in the near future. For purposes of this review — and by her own request — I'll focus solely on Shayleen Allen. The bottom of each email she sends does in fact solicit Google reviews in a giant purple font that's impossible to miss. Therefore, after yet another woefully inadequate response from Shayleen today, I've decided to comply with her request and post my overall experience with her now. Shayleen is one of the least helpful people I've ever dealt with anywhere in business. She actually seems content to be as unhelpful as possible at times, despite (inexplicably) occupying a customer service role in her office. I have no idea what this results from, whether it's poor training or what, but I've come to loathe seeing Shayleen's name come up. I'm now closing all three of my State Farm accounts due to the treatment I've received from she and the rest of this company's staff. I've had questions go fully ignored on multiple occasions, and been brushed off numerous other times when I needed help. Shayleen in particular seems to prefer making excuses, passing the buck, or simply ignoring me outright rather than actually addressing issues/helping figure anything out. This behavior strikes me as lazy, but again, I'm not there in the office to see where everything stems from. Perhaps it's the size of the company as a whole that's to blame. All I know is I've been treated like a number by State Farm one too many times now, and that time has come to a close as of today. You asked for my review; Are you happy now?"

"Gabe, we are more than happy to look for solutions to help, but in looking at your profile, we see nothing but 1* reviews on your profile, including multiple insurance companies. Shayleen may not be perfect, but she has a lot of experience and a lot of customers that speak very highly of her. I'm sorry that no one seems to be able to meet your standards and we really hope your next insurance company can take care of you. Sorry it wasn't us, but we wish you all the best. "
