"Shaylene helped me by going above and beyond. I had an odd request from a dealer after purchasing a vehicle to replace one that had been out of commission due to catastrophic engine failure due to some oversight by the dealer. I had to purchase this vehicle under duress since I was without my original vehicle. The dealer was very nice, offered great incentives and accommodations to get me into the new vehicle, but at the last minute made an odd request. Although my current policy remained active, they wanted to see proof of insurance of the new vehicle. As most know, my current policy covers any car I drive, but especially new ones for 20 days from the time I take possession of the vehicle. The odd request? They wanted to see a new ID card with the new vehicle on it. Well, underwriting was backlogged and couldn't make that request on demand right away. Shaylene sent a note to undrwriting, found out the exact date the card would be ready, but went one step further to provide me with a Binder of Insurance as additional proof the new vehicle was covered, and she did it all within 30 minutes. I sent the information over, and I pick up my wheels tomorrow. I'm grateful for the assistance after going through sheer hell for a month while my original vehicle was in the shop and out of commission."
